The fitting begins with a consultation exploring your riding history and aspirations and any concerns you have around your riding position or performance. The measurement process takes place on a "jig" and using this equipment in conjunction with a series of computer models, we then produce a report of what ideal dimensions you need on a bike according to variables including fitness levels, aspirations and type of riding discipline you are interested in (tri, road, TT, audax, touring etc).
For the measurement process we employ a range of techniques, including the excellent Bikefitting.Com computer based modelling system . This is an industry leading, computer modelling and individual measuring system. Informed by the latest developments in research within the field and used by many pro-teams it enables the perfect determination of frame size and geometry, bar and saddle position etc, to meet the cycling needs of any persons unique anatomical make up.
This is an ideal solution for entry level riders in particular - if you simply want to be on the right sized bike and want to know how to go about making it happen - then this is the fitting for you. The standard fitting utilises some of the amazing tools now available - tools which make the basic fitting process very streamlined and keep the price down!
