The bike fitting process at K1 was incredibly detailed. Andy is obviously a real perfectionist; driven by a deep seated passion for all things bike related. He is a serious athlete himself and used a combination of personal experience together with the latest research to help me find my very best position on the bike as well as offer a great deal of information regarding riding technique, power output and so on. I learned a lot more than just how to position myself on the TT bike and was struck at how enthusiastic Andy was and how generous he was with his time, answering my many questions. The bike itself performs incredibly well and straight away, despite not being in top shape, I managed to knock over a minute off my 10 mile PB time at Castle Combe simply because of the new position compared to my old road bike. As well as being a seriously fast machine, it also looks really sleek and I love the black and white finish. All in all I am incredibly pleased to have discovered K1 and can't wait for the new season to get on my new bike. I would encourage anyone, whether a seasoned pro or someone new to road cycling to book themselves in for a fitting at K1!
